Account Coordinator for National Accounts

The Account Coordinator provides overall day-to-day customer service and support to ensure the effective execution of customer’s printing projects.  Duties include project tracking, proactive communication with clients and entering estimates & orders. Most of your time is focused on the administrative side of managing accounts.

Training

Guided sales training will be provided on the job. On-going product knowledge training, including two weeks of structured learning on the production floor is required during the first 30 days.  

Responsibilities

  • Work with Outside Sales/Account Manager to meet and exceed sales objective by promoting and selling signs, graphics and small format printing and finishing services.
  • Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our product according to the customer’s needs.
  • Operate as a point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Work with OS/AM to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Continually develop new product knowledge and acquire better selling skills.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings.
  • Prepare for and attend daily Work-in-Progress meetings.
  • Enter orders and estimates accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Send order emails to customers.
  • Contact customers following sales to ensure customer satisfaction or resolve any problems.
  • Respond to all emails and phone calls the same day they were received.
  • Stay organized by using email flagging system and daily to do lists.
  • Copy team members on all email correspondence.
  • Maintain a professional sales appearance.
  • Maintain organized up to date records of clients and sales activity.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening skills
