Responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers by connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our product according to the customer’s needs. You will also be responsible for interacting with walk-in and call-in customers to provide answers to inquiries and quotes. Your focus will be to establish these potential customers as Vivid Ink clients.
Guided sales training will be provided on the job. On-going product knowledge training, including two weeks of structured learning on the production floor is required during the first 30 days.
