We are seeking an experienced account manager to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for managing account sales and existing client relations. As the lead point of contact for all client matters, you should anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for client are met, and help the client succeed.Responsiblefor developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assignedcustomers by connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely andsuccessful delivery of our product according to the customer’s needs. You will also be responsible for interactingwith walk-in and call-in customers to provide answers to inquiries andquotes. Your focus will be to establishthese potential customers as Vivid Ink clients.
Guided salestraining will be provided on the job. On-going product knowledge training,including two weeks of structured learning on the production floor is requiredduring the first 30 days.
