A senior member of the Vivid Ink Graphics team, the Outside Sales Representative is responsible for a larger portfolio that consistently exceeds a regular portfolio’s performance. Meet and exceed sales objective by promoting and selling signs, graphics and small format printing & finishing services. Our Senior Sales Representative is expected to use professional sales techniques, build relationships and develop long term relationships that grow Vivid Ink Graphics' sales. Progression to Senior Sales Representative is based upon attaining and maintaining a minimum monthly portfolio revenue performance.
Guided sales training will be provided on the job. On-going product knowledge training, including two weeks of structured learning on the production floor is required during the first 30 days.
Outside Sales Representatives are expected to secure training that they feel is necessary by working with the General Manager to continue their professional development. We strongly encourage Sr. Sales Representatives to serve as mentors to newer members of the sales team.
